Hi there!
My name is Nick Kolterman, and I am an entrepreneur from Sioux Falls, SD. I want first to say that business is ALL about relationships and connecting with people. That being said, over the past 20 years, I have been in the medical field as a practitioner seeing patients.
My first company got started in 2004 when I contracted with clinics to see patients in the O&P world. That passion for helping patients led me to start a company called Fit My Feet, which has grown to 9 locations in 3 states in the footwear/orthotic sit and fit retail. In 2015 I purchased my first piece of hunting ground in Miner County South Dakota. The first Lodge was built two years later, and the name Suncatcher Acres was born. Since then, we have added another lodge to accommodate all the people who want to enjoy the outdoors and the abundance of hunting and fishing in this area.
In 2018, I started an over-the-counter insole line, which later has been trademarked and grew across the US. The company SolesRx now does off the-shelf insoles and customs. It also has one of the most sophisticated app platforms for physicians ever created to provide insoles for patients.
Most recently, my wanting to get involved in non-profits has led to us starting our own nonprofit in 2023 named Suncatcher Ministries. We are building the largest state-of-the-art building for people with disabilities, Disabled veterans, and youth to enjoy the outdoors.
